Welcome!

I’m Cindy Richard: learning experience designer, career educator, and lifelong learner – and I’m excited to meet you!  With twenty years of teaching experience; a M.Ed. in Educational Technology;  graduate certificates in Online Instructional Design (completed), E-Learning (to be completed April 2026), and Technology Leadership (to be completed April 2026); and an undergrad certificate in Applied Generative A.I. Specialization, I am confident my skillset will add value to your team.

 

This portfolio exemplifies the types of instructional solutions I can develop for your organization.  Please view my artifacts from the “Courses Taken” tab.  These are projects such as an instructional solution designed using the ADDIE approach to remedy a performance gap in the workplace; a four-part unit developed on the Canvas LMS to teach high schoolers about media literacy; an interactive microlearning module built with Articulate Storyline, and a public health outreach lesson built with H5P interactive content embedded on a Google Site.  You’ll also find samples of multimedia content I’ve created.
